Lancashire head coach Ashley Giles has handed professional contracts to three of the club's academy graduates.
Batsman Haseeb Hameed, as well as bowlers Matthew Parkinson and Saqib Mahmood have accepted the invitation to continue their careers at Old Trafford.
"Internal development will be key to our medium and long-term sustainability and success. These young players are the future of Lancashire cricket and I look forward to working closely with them over the coming years," Giles told the club's official website.
Meanwhile, academy director John Stanworth added: "I am delighted the county have recognised the potential and achievements of these three youngsters and given them the opportunity to develop quickly as full time professionals."
All three players have been selected in the England development squad that will tour Australia in March.
