James Vince clubbed a second half-century in the space of four days as Sydney Sixers thrashed league leaders Hobart Hurricanes by nine wickets.
The England batsman, who signed a new four-year deal with county side Hampshire earlier this week, followed up his knock of 75 against Brisbane Heat on Sunday with 74 not out from 50 balls at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Vince shared an unbroken stand of 167 with 21-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman Josh Philippe, whose 86 not out from 49 deliveries ushered the Sixers to their 173-run victory target with 17 balls to spare.
England all-rounder Tom Curran had earlier taken one for 36 from his four overs as the Hurricanes posted 172 for four.
In the earlier match, England paceman Liam Plunkett took three for 21 to help Melbourne Stars to a comfortable 44-run victory over Adelaide Strikers in the Big Bash League.
Plunkett had Strikers captain Colin Ingram caught at long-off before later bowling Michael Neser and Matthew Short in the space of three deliveries on a slow and low surface at the Ted Summerton Reserve in Moe.
The Strikers were bundled out for 123, with Marcus Stoinis and Dwayne Bravo also taking three wickets, after 19.4 overs.
Stoinis had earlier contributed 53 from 45 balls in an opening stand of 113 with Ben Dunk which set the foundations for the Stars to post 167 for two.
Dunk belted four fours and three sixes in his 72 not out from 53 deliveries.
