Sam Hain guided Warwickshire to the victory line.

Lancashire missed out on a chance to secure qualification from the Royal London One-Day Cup group stage following a five-wicket defeat to Warwickshire under the Duckworth/Lewis/Stern method.

Having finished their campaign, Lancashire need other results to go their way on Monday after the home side chased down a target of 255 in 45 overs with two balls to spare.

Lancashire amassed 277 for seven thanks to skipper Dane Vilas' 83 which was supported by a series of contributions.

Alex Thomson continued his fine tournament with List A-best figures of three for 27, including a burst of three wickets in 12 balls.

The home side then recovered from a superb opening spell of three for 15 in eight overs from James Anderson to time their pursuit to perfection.

Liam Banks struck 61 before Sam Hain saw the job through with an unbeaten 84 after two brief rain delays meant the equation was decided by the DLS method.

Glen Chapple's side's fate now rests on whether fourth-placed Durham can get at least a point against Yorkshire in their final game on Monday.

George Rhodes scored his maiden century for Worcestershire as they took another step towards the knockout stages by overpowering Yorkshire by 150 runs at New Road.

The all-rounder reached three figures off 107 balls and shared in a record-breaking fifth-wicket stand with fit-again Ben Cox (87) to rescue the home side from 62 for four after they had elected to bat.

The partnership of 169 was Worcestershire's best for any wicket in List A cricket against the Tykes and a total of 293 for seven was well above par on a used wicket.

Wayne Parnell then made another decisive contribution with the ball with his second five-wicket haul of the week, after his five for 24 against Nottinghamshire, as Yorkshire were dismissed for 143.

A century from Rob Keogh was the highlight as Northamptonshire beat Leicestershire by 29 runs in the battle to avoid the wooden spoon in the North Group.

Keogh's fifth-wicket partnership of 156 with Ben Curran saw his team recover from 104 for four off 25.2 overs to post 290 for six.

Leicestershire struggled throughout their reply, and there was no way back for the Foxes after Nathan Buck picked up the wickets of Lewis Hill and Colin Ackermann in the same over, though the tail fought bravely to bring respectability to the scoreboard in the final 20 overs.
