Northamptonshire Steelbacks have reached the final of the Friends Life T20 tournament for the first time in their history.
The Steelbacks chased down 168-5 with 11 balls to spare to beat Essex Eagles by seven wickets at Edgbaston.
Steven Crook (46) and Cameron White (36) were the stars of the show for Northants, putting on an unbeaten fourth-wicket partnership of 78.
All four of Essex's semi-final appearances in this competition have now ended in defeat.
Northamptonshire will face either Hampshire or Surrey in tonight's final in Birmingham.
