South Africa wicket-keeper AB de Villiers has admitted that his side still have work to do, despite being in a prime position to win the final Test against Australia in Perth.
De Villiers hit a 169 on day three to help set Australia a target of 632 to win, which would be by far the highest run chase in Test history.
De Villiers, however, was keen to make it clear that South Africa are not assuming that the victory is theirs.
"We are aware that if they we go the full length of the Test match they will come quite close," Sky Sports News quotes De Villers as saying.
"They won't be giving it away, we are aware of that and we are not arrogant in any way whatsoever. We have a lot of hard work ahead."
South Africa need to win the final Test to level the three-match series.
