Three of Team GB's Olympic gold medallists have joined a women's road cycling team funded by Bradley Wiggins.
Laura Trott, Dani Kind and Joanna Rowsell will ride for the new Dream Team Pro Cycling Honda Team, which is receiving backing from the Wiggo Foundation.
The trio claimed gold in the team pursuit in the velodrome, while Trott is also the Olympic omnium champion.
The 20-year-old said: "I'm excited and look forward to being part of what I believe will be one of the most professional and most successful teams next year.
"I'm looking forward to gaining more experience on the road with such a great team."
The team is owned by Commonwealth road race champion Rochelle Gilmore.
Tour de France winner Wiggins stated in September that he would provide funding to a British-based women's team.
