Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has filed a lawsuit for a temporary restraining order against the US Anti-Doping Agency.
The USADA has charged Armstrong with using performance-enhancing drugs and plan to use former teammates and officials to testify against the 40-year-old.
However, Armstrong's lawsuit claims that USADA chief executive Travis Tygart "offered other cyclists corrupt inducements" to testify against him.
The court submission says: "Tygart offered other cyclists corrupt inducements - offers some cyclists could not refuse - to implicate Mr Armstrong in exchange for saving the cyclists' careers.
"If they refused to do so, USADA would work to ruin their careers, just as it is now attempting to end Mr Armstrong's career."
Armstrong has always denied the doping charges against him and has never failed a drugs test.
