Josh Rock has emerged victorious on day four of PDC Q School, securing his place on the tour for the next two years.

The 20-year-old from Northern Ireland had been tipped before the event, and he got his reward for a strong week by beating Nathan Rafferty 6-3 in Saturday's final.

However, the pair had gone into the final knowing that they had already done enough through the order of merit.

Rock and Rafferty join Jamie Clark, Richie Burnett, Kevin Burness, Connor Scutt, Ted Evetts, Cameron Menzies, John O'Shea, Scott Waites, George Killington, Mickey Mansell, Nick Fullwell and Shaun Wilkinson in qualifying from the UK events.

Poland's Krzysztof Kciuk won day four of the European event, seeing off Spain's Tony Martinez by a 6-3 scoreline.

Like with the UK equivalent, the two players had already secured their PDC Tour Card before the final, joining Danny Jansen, Radek Szaganski, Damian Mol, Jimmy Hendriks, Ricardo Pietreczko, Vladimir Andersen, Rowby-John Rodriguez, Mario Vandenbogaerde, Jules van Dongen and Kevin Doets.

Fallon Sherrock went into the final day's play knowing that she needed to win seven matches to earn a spot on the tour, but the recent Grand Slam of Darts quarter-finalist went down 6-3 to Nathan Treadgold in the last 64. body check tags ::
