Darren Webster has successfully reclaimed his PDC Tour Card on the second day of PDC Q School.
The 53-year-old endured an indifferent period during 2021, resulting in him slipping outside of the top 64 in the world rankings, but the Norwich thrower was in ruthless form on Thursday.
Webster dropped just 16 legs during his seven matches, ending the competition with a 6-2 victory over Ted Evetts and 6-1 win against Scott Waites in the final.
However, it was a second day of disappointment for Fallon Sherrock, who drew another in-form player in Josh Richardson in the first round.
In a back-and-forth contest, Sherrock went 2-0 ahead before losing five successive legs, and she eventually succumbed in a decider having left 52 after 15 darts.
Belgian thrower Brian Raman won the European event, the WDF number one dropping only 17 legs in his seven matches to claim a PDC Tour Card for the first time.
