Phil Taylor hits the highest average in the history of the Grand Slam of Darts in beating Christian Kist on Sunday night.

Phil Taylor has all but assured his place in the last 16 of the Grand Slam of Darts after recording a 5-1 victory over Christian Kist on Sunday evening.

The defending champion hit five maximums on the way to registering an average of 114.65 against the Dutchman, which is the highest recorded since the tournament started in 2007.
