Tonia Couch has picked up a bronze medal for Great Britain in the women's 10m at the World Diving Series in Dubai.
The 25-year-old had the second best individual dive of the session, scoring 86.40 for her inward 3-1/2 somersault tuck, and came within a whisker of earning a silver for her efforts. Couch's final score of 367.70 was a significant improvement on last week's performance in Beijing, where she finished 40 points adrift of the podium places.
Reigning champion Liu Huixia was forced to settle for silver honours this week as teammate Chen Ruolin stormed ahead with three 80-plus dives to claim first place.
