Sky Sports has confirmed that it has reached agreement to remain as the UK broadcaster of the NBA for the 2022-23 season.

The deal will see Sky show 135 regular-season games live, including primetime games every Saturday and Sunday, the latter of which will also be streamed for free on the Sky Sports YouTube channel.

Also included are February's All-Star Weekend, the NBA Multiplex 360 feature, the NBA Play-In Tournament, key games from the first two rounds of the Playoffs and every match from the Conference Finals and the NBA Finals.

Prior to the regular season tipoff on October 18, Sky Sports will show the NBA Japan Games, this year featuring the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards, followed by the NBA Abu Dhabi Games with Atlanta Hawks versus the Milwaukee Bucks.

News show NBA Action will return on Thursday evenings, while on Fridays a new magazine show called NBA on Fire will wrap up the week's action and highlight the most "on fire" players in the league.
