Roy is confronted by a gang of yobs taunting him and as he falls to the floor in pain, Carla rushes to his aid.
Later, Nina and Shona arrive at the café to find Roy being given CPR by paramedics.
At the hospital, a mystery visitor arrives at Roy's bedside.
