ITV has reportedly decided to axe John Barrowman from the new series of Dancing On Ice following allegations of inappropriate behaviour.
The 54-year-old actor was accused of exposing his genitals on the set of Doctor Who over 10 years ago in what he has since described as a light-hearted prank.
According to The Sun, ITV has decided that Barrowman's position on the show is no longer tenable and will not be inviting him back for the new series, which starts in January.
"This will be devastating for him," a source told the newspaper. "Clearly ITV feel it's not a good look to have someone like John centre-stage on a family-friendly show."
An ITV spokesperson said: "We thank John for two brilliant years on the Dancing On Ice panel and are pleased to be working with him again as host of the forthcoming All Star Musicals specials."
Barrowman has also reportedly been dropped from Doctor Who as a result of the scandal.
