Sarah realises that it's not a boyfriend she wants - it's a baby. Vanessa listens with concern as Sarah tells her about her plans to have IVF.
Chas and Liam are worried when PC Swirling gives Ella an iron-clad alibi for Liam's attack - so who was it?

Ross finds Steph in full meltdown mode smashing pots in the kitchen, and when he learns what's been happening, he tries to console her despite her torrent of abuse aimed at him. Eventually Steph stops, grabs a bottle of vodka and runs off.
After talking to Tracy, Cain decides to go to Shetland to have it out with Nate. Later, when John calls round to check in on Tracy, he's nervous to find out about Cain's plan.
