Sienna plants her phone in Maxine's bag and uses it to record Rafe's meeting with Dee Valley Law. Later, Sienna and Ethan listen back to the recording and are shocked to learn that Rafe has inherited £35 million, but on one condition - he gets married.

Felix confronts Warren, convinced that he's behind DeMarcus's decision to leave the village. Warren calms him down and shares some wise words.

Sienna and Ethan put their plan into motion and stage a big argument in the village, with Sienna kicking him out of their flat.

Yazz blurts out to Tom that she's pregnant but is worried about what effect being on immunosuppressants might have on the baby. Tom assures her he'll back her whatever she decides, but later wonders if she's looking for an excuse not to go through with it.

Also: Sam pleads with Zoe to give him another chance, while Grace and Zara decide they need to let Cindy know that she can't be involved in the bank plan.
