ITV has reportedly offered Maya Jama a bumper new deal to stay on as presenter of Love Island.
The 28-year-old took over as host from Laura Whitmore late last year and has since fronted a winter series in South Africa and a summer series in Mallorca, which concluded on Monday night.
According to The Sun, ITV is keen for her to return in 2024 - including a proposed All Stars edition in January - and will offer her £750,000 to remain.
"ITV absolutely love Maya - she's gone down a storm with viewers and is perfect with her fun banter and flirty style," a source told the newspaper.
"Execs see her as part of the ongoing success of the show so are preparing a pay increase when it comes to renewing her contract ahead of the next series.
"She's one of their hottest commodities and they're determined to keep her happy. Maya really enjoys hosting.
"It's a dream job and she loves that she has the freedom to do other projects."
Although ratings have dipped slightly in recent years, Love Island remains one of ITV's biggest properties and reportedly brought in £73.5m in sponsorship revenue last year. body check tags ::
