Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has revealed that he is in therapy as he looks to get over his break-up from co-star Zara McDermott.
The 28-year-old called time on his 18-month relationship with the former Love Island star last month after she confessed to cheating on him while appearing on The X Factor: Celebrity in 2019.
The fallout of their split is playing out on the current series of the E4 reality show and, speaking to OK! magazine, Thompson opened up on how he is managing to cope with the situation away from the cameras.
"I've got an incredibly awesome snuggle of people around me," he said. "I think that also I try and look at the good things in life and I wake up every morning and say what I'm grateful for. It's such an amazing way of starting your day. I also get therapy.
"I believe a lot of people should, just with the day and age we're in. There's so much pressure on us as a society and it's hard.
"The one I've got now, I've only had about six months. But then I had one before that for a short while."
Made In Chelsea continues Monday nights at 9pm on E4.
