Frances McDormand drama Nomadland was the big winner at this year's BAFTA Film Awards, taking gongs for Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress and Best Cinematography.

Other triumphs on the night included Emerald Fennell's Promising Young Woman, taking Best British Film and Best Screenplay; Anthony Hopkins being named Best Actor for The Father and Daniel Kaluuya scooping a Best Supporting Actor award for his role in Judas and the Black Messiah.
