Martin and Roman Kemp's new show to start on Sunday

Martin Kemp and his son Roman's new Sunday morning show will start this weekend on ITV.

Martin Kemp and son Roman Kemp's new Sunday breakfast show will start this weekend on ITV.

Martin & Roman's Sunday Best! will feature two different celebrities each week, each of whom will be paired up with a family from somewhere around the UK for a series of challenges and anecdotes.

"Lockdown has been a really tough time for everyone and we are just pleased to be able to bring some feel-good entertainment and hopefully put a smile on people's faces on Sunday mornings," said former Spandau Ballet star Martin.

"And what could be better than working with my son Roman! Brilliant guests and lots of stuff to make you laugh."

DJ son Roman added: "Working with my Dad is something I love to do. I'm so excited to be presenting our own show on a Sunday morning, Martin & Roman's Sunday Best! on ITV. I can't wait to get started!"

The first episode of the show, which is being filmed in accordance with social distancing guidelines, airs Sunday at 8.30am on ITV with guests Ricky Wilson, Ade Adepitan and Anne Hegerty.
