Popular Sky News presenter Sarah-Jane Mee has given birth to a baby girl, she has announced on Twitter.
The 41-year-old had been hosting her afternoon Sky show live from her home during the coronavirus pandemic but went on leave at the end of May with her due date imminent.

A little girl came into our world this week & stole our hearts. I couldn't be more in love. Already @BenRichardson79 daddy's girl & super cute sidekick for big brother Teddy. If you are looking for the good in 2020 it's moments like this 🌈❤️ pic.twitter.com/7xOrAQNH5l
The baby is Mee's first with fiancé Ben Richardson, a London-based entrepreneur, and she is believed to have opted for a home birth so that they could welcome the new arrival together.
Mee has been with Sky for 12 years, initially as part of the Sky Sports team before taking over Sky News' now-defunct breakfast show Sunrise in 2016.
