The Boys season three to feature superhero orgy storyline

Eric Kripke reveals that The Boys season three will feature the "Herogasm" storyline from the comics.

The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke has revealed that the upcoming third season of the show will incorporate the infamous "Herogasm" storyline from the comics.

The extremely graphic storyline follows the superheroes as they infiltrate an annual, weekend-long Vought party that is filled with sex and drugs.

Among the scenes in the comics are a foursome involving three male members of the group as well as a controversial scene that sees Black Noir sexually assault Hughie Campbell with his thumb.

Kripke has previously hinted that he would incorporate Herogasm into the Amazon TV adaptation at some point and has now revealed that it will take place in season three episode six.

Posting a picture of the script cover to social media, he added: "From day one, everyone dared me to make this episode. CHALLENGE MET MOTHERFUCKERS"

Season three is due to begin filming in February and last for six months ahead of an anticipated release either late this year or early in 2022.
