The BBC has increased the length of Radio 1's daytime shows in an effort to reduce the number of staff working due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Typically weekdays see five different shows broadcast between 4am and 7pm but the changes will mean that four longer shows will air over the same period instead.
From Monday to Thursday, Adele Roberts will present the early breakfast show between 4am and 7am, followed by the Greg James breakfast show, which will run until 11am.
Scott Mills and Clara Amfo will alternate weeks hosting between 11am and 3pm, then Nick Grimshaw takes over between 3pm and 7pm.
Similar changes are planned from Friday to Sunday, with presenters operating rotas of alternating weeks in the same slot.
Radio 1's head of programmes Aled Jones said: "In these testing times I've made the decision to simplify our schedule to ensure the health of our teams, presenters and the network itself.
"I'm very proud of how the Radio 1 teams have been able to continue to entertain and inform our audience under such difficult conditions, and we'll be doing our best to carry on throughout the challenging weeks ahead."
The new schedule comes into effect from next Monday.
