Davina McCall is said to have made "an enormous leap forward" in her recovery after surgery to remove a non-cancerous brain tumour.
The TV presenter - known for shows including Big Brother, My Mum Your Dad and Long Lost Family - revealed last Friday in a pre-recorded message that she would be undergoing an operation that day following the discovery of a colloid cyst during a routine health check-up.
As per standard procedure, the 57-year-old was admitted to intensive care following surgery, but in a post on her Instagram account on Monday, her partner Michael told fans that she is already back on a regular ward.
He wrote: "Update folks. Thanks so much to all the well wishers. She really has made an enormous leap forward in the last 24 hours. She is out of ICU She is "loving awareness". Thank you xx Michael."
Colloid cysts are estimated to account for 2% of all primary brain tumours in the UK and while not cancerous, if left untreated they could cause health complications further down the line.
