Denise van Outen has reportedly split from her fiancé Eddie Boxshall after more than seven years together.

The pair, who appear together on Celebrity Gogglebox, had intended to tie the knot this year - but The Sun alleges that Van Outen called time on their relationship after finding out that he had been messaging other women.

The 47-year-old TV presenter is said to have asked Boxshall to move out of their Essex home following the news and has been left "devastated".

A "close pal" of the couple told the tabloid: "Eddie has moved out to stay with a friend nearby and he's admitted to some of it already after being pushed for some answers. But Denise is determined to move on with her life.

"She's angry and upset but she's always worked hard to support herself and stand on her own two feet, so that's what she's determined to do again."

Van Outen's representative confirmed to the newspaper: "Denise is understandably upset about the news, but she remains optimistic for the future.

"Her priority is looking after her daughter and continuing to work on the many exciting projects she has coming up this year."

Boxshall has yet to comment publicly on the allegations. body check tags ::
