A judge has ordered that Katie Price attend notorious celebrity rehab centre The Priory following her arrest on Tuesday morning.
The 43-year-old was taken in by Sussex Police at around 6.20am yesterday after rolling her vehicle on a country lane.
Price's family subsequently put out a statement revealing that she has been suffering with mental health issues and would be seeking "treatment" to help her get well again.
Today Crawley Magistrates' Court heard that when officers arrived on the scene, she told them: "I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all."
Price then returned a positive test for cocaine, although a drugs charge against her was not pursued by the court. However she did plead guilty to drink-driving, driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
Julie Hutton, chair of the bench, deferred Price's sentence until December 15 and ordered her to get treatment at The Priory in the meantime.
"We regularly send people to prison for driving whilst disqualified," she said. "On that basis, Ms Price, you are free to go and good luck at the Priory."
Price has been issued with six driving bans for various offences over the last 10 years.
