Nick Jonas was reportedly hospitalised on Saturday night after suffering an injury during filming of a new show.
The news was first reported by TMZ, who said that the musician and actor was working on a "super secret" project at the time of the incident.
The nature of the injury is also a mystery, although the publication says that "it was serious enough that he was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital".
The 28-year-old is since thought to have been discharged from hospital and spent Sunday recuperating at his home in Los Angeles.
Despite his injury, Jonas is expected to appear as scheduled on the live semi-finals of The Voice tonight.
