Former England and Liverpool striker Peter Crouch is reportedly being courted for this year's edition of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 40-year-old - capped 42 times for the Three Lions - ended his playing career two years ago and has since been working as a pundit and podcast host for the BBC.
Over the last month, Crouch has also hosted a Euro 2020 discussion show, Crouchy's Year-Late Euros: Live, and is in the process of filming a new documentary series focussing on non-league side Dulwich Hamlet.
According to The Sun, Crouch, who stands at 6'7", could also have another project on the table later this year if he accepts a "big-money offer" to appear on Strictly.
"Peter is hugely popular and would be a phenomenal signing," a source told the newspaper.
"The casting team were especially keen because he had such a high profile during the Euros.
"Taller men have struggled but he would stand out a mile on the dancefloor."
Crouch's wife Abbey Clancy previously appeared on the show and won in 2013.
