Former TOWIE star Pete Wicks has reportedly signed up for Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The 34-year-old was part of the lineup for the 2022 edition of the notoriously-tough reality show, but was forced to withdraw on medical grounds just a few days in.
Wicks was knocked unconscious and left with broken ribs during a challenge which required him to jump out of a helicopter into the sea.
According to The Sun, he has now decided to have a second attempt at the challenge and has flown to New Zealand to take part in the 2024 edition, which is being filmed over the coming weeks.
"Pete was gutted he had to withdraw from the last series of SAS," a source told the newspaper. "When he was told he would get the chance to give it another go he was over-the-moon.
"Pete has flown out to New Zealand now to quarantine ahead of filming the new series. He cannot wait to show them what he is made of and thinks he could go all the way."
Wicks's former TOWIE castmate Bobby Norris is also said to be joining him in New Zealand. body check tags ::
