FIFA 22 Ultimate Team players have been eagerly anticipating the release of the ninth instalment of the Team of the Week, with players from across the globe seeing their stats boosted following stellar displays during the international break.
Here, Sports Mole takes a closer look at the standout performers to make the cut this week as well all the players to have been rewarded with a coveted in-form card.
KYLIAN MBAPPE - 92
Speculation surrounding his future aside, Kylian Mbappe was on fire for France during the international break and spearheaded Les Bleus charge to the 2022 World Cup with a pair of heroic displays.
After netting four of his side's goals and setting up another in an 8-0 thumping of Kazakhstan, Mbappe assisted Karim Benzema for the opener against Finland before rounding off the scoring in a 2-0 success.
The Paris Saint-Germain attacker's 92-rated card is unsurprisingly the highest in this week's Team of the Week, with sensational stats of 98 pace, 93 dribbling and 89 shooting to boot.
HARRY KANE - 91
Star strikers lead the way in TOTW 9, as Harry Kane claimed two match balls in succession from England's storming victories over Albania and San Marino in World Cup Qualifying.
After scoring three and setting up one more in a first-half rout of Albania, Kane held his place up top against San Marino and proceeded to find the back of the net four times in that historic 10-0 victory in the microstate.
Kane has never been the most enticing prospect in FIFA with just 72 pace to his name on his 91-rated card, but with 92 shooting, 84 passing and 84 physical, the Tottenham Hotspur man's qualities could certainly be utilised in a deeper role.
EMILIANO MARTINEZ - 86
After making headlines for all the wrong reasons when Argentina's previously scheduled encounter with Brazil was abandoned amid dramatic circumstances, Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez continued to shine in between the posts this month.
Keeping back-to-back clean sheets in his side's 1-0 win over Uruguay and goalless stalemate with Brazil, Martinez tallied four saves to thwart Luis Suarez and co before making another two to preserve his side's shut-out against Brazil.
The ex-Arsenal man earning an 86-rated card was nothing more than a mere fantasy no less than two years ago during his bench-warming days at the Emirates, but with 87 diving, 87 reflexes and 86 positioning, Martinez is a solid option for those Premier League teams.
