Kaid Mohamed has completed a switch to Accrington Stanley.
The 31-year-old had been without a club since he was released at the end of last season by Port Vale.
However, he has now returned to the game with League Two Accrington on non-contract terms.
"I'm excited. I haven't played since January when I got injured for Northampton (on loan) but I'm feeling fit and strong now," the winger told the club's official website.
"The boys are doing really well, flying, though they had a bad result last week but hopefully I can come in and help the guys. I'm looking forward to getting started again."
Mohamed, who will wear the number 39 shirt, is expected to be in the squad for the weekend's game against Barnet.
