Accrington Stanley striker Padraig Amond is hopeful that he has done enough to secure a new long-term contract with the League Two outfit.
The 25-year-old, whose current deal runs out at the end of the season, has played a key role for the club in the last few weeks of the season.
"My contract's up at the end of the season like a lot of the lads. There are two or three of the players who signed three-year deals last year," he told Sky Sports News.
"I'm enjoying it at Accrington. I really enjoy the club, there's a real family feel around the club. I am ambitious but you just don't know what's going to happen."
Amond has previously played for Portuguese side Pacos de Ferreira.
