Almeria have handed manager Francisco a new contract.
The Spaniard, who is the youngest manager in La Liga at the age of 35, was promoted from the B side to take charge of first-team affairs last summer following the departure of Javi Gracia.
The former Segunda outfit struggled in the early part of the season, but managed to secure safety in Spain's top flight on the final weekend of the campaign.
The news was revealed via a statement on the club's official website, with Francisco remaining at the helm for at least one more season.
Almeria finished just one point outside of the La Liga bottom three last term.
