Steve Bould
A key member of Arsenal's formidable defensive line alongside Lee Dixon, Tony Adams and Nigel Winterburn, Steve Bould developed a reputation as a solid and uncompromising centre-back during his 11-year stay with the club.
Having joined from Stoke City in 1988, Bould won two league crowns with Arsenal before the introduction of the Premier League in 1992, and was still involved enough to make 24 league appearances during the club's title-winning campaign in 1998.
The two-time England international holds a unique place in Arsenal's history as the scorer of their first ever goal in the Premier League - one of just eight he managed in 372 outings for the club across all competitions.
Bould was also part of the squad which won two FA Cup crowns, the League Cup and the Cup Winners' Cup during the Premier League era, before eventually leaving Highbury in 1999 and seeing out his career with Sunderland.
