Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny could miss tomorrow's Champions League encounter against Paris Saint-Germain due to a facial injury.
The Frenchman required on-pitch treatment after colliding with Southampton defender Jose Fonte during Saturday's 2-1 victory at the Emirates.
If Koscielny's swelling does not go down in time, manager Arsene Wenger may have to turn to 20-year-old defender Rob Holding, who joined the Gunners from Bolton Wanderers in the summer.
"[Koscielny] will be a little bit of a concern," Wenger told reporters. "The eye is already very swollen and it is closed up."
Arsenal will face the French champions at Parc des Princes tomorrow in their first group game of the European campaign.
The North London outfit will also face Basel and Ludogorets Razgrad in Group A.
