Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up in Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City.

Arsenal will be bidding to make the final of the FA Cup when they take on Manchester City in the semi-finals of the competition on Saturday night.

The Gunners are the most successful team in the history of the tournament, having lifted the trophy on 13 occasions, while they are attempting to make a record 21st final.

Mikel Arteta's side will enter the match full of confidence, meanwhile, following an impressive 2-1 win over champions Liverpool in the Premier League on Wednesday night.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the London side could line up this weekend.

Out: Eddie Nketiah (ban), Pablo Mari (ankle), Gabriel Martinelli (knee), Bernd Leno (knee), Calum Chambers (knee)
Doubtful: Mesut Ozil (back)

Arsenal will again be without the services of Pablo Mari, Gabriel Martinelli, Bernd Leno and Calum Chambers through injury, while Mesut Ozil remains a doubt due to a back problem.

Eddie Nketiah will also miss out through suspension, but Arteta's side did not pick up any fresh concerns against Liverpool, and there are expected to be changes from the clash with the Reds.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Dani Ceballos, Hector Bellerin and Shkodran Mustafi were all left out of the XI against Jurgen Klopp's side but should return here, with the likes of Cedric Soares, Rob Holding, Lucas Torreira and Reiss Nelson expected to drop out of the side.

Kieran Tierney could again be preferred to Sead Kolasinac as part of a back three with Mustafi and David Luiz, meaning that Bukayo Saka might start as a wing-back, with Nicolas Pepe joining Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in attack.

There is also the option of Saka starting in attack, Tierney at wing-back and then Kolasinac or Holding coming into the side, although Arteta is likely to want a number of goal threats on the field.

It seems likely that the Gunners will again select a 3-4-3 formation, with Granit Xhaka also starting in the middle of the park as the capital side bid to set up a final against either Chelsea or Manchester United.
