Arsenal are reportedly set to table a bid of £23m for Feyenoord starlet Orkun Kokcu during the summer transfer window.
Kokcu enjoyed a breakthrough season in the Eredivisie before the 2019-20 campaign was curtailed amid the coronavirus pandemic, as the midfielder registered two goals and four assists from 22 league outings.
Arsenal have been the side most strongly linked with a swoop for Kokcu in recent months, and the Gunners are supposedly ready to make a concrete offer for the Turkey Under-21 international.
According to Voetbal International, Arsenal are prepared to submit a £23m bid for Kokcu in the next few weeks, and Feyenoord may be willing to sell the 19-year-old in order to balance the books.
However, given the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic, it remains to be seen whether or not Arsenal will look to prioritise swap deals and free agents ahead of next season.
Kokcu is under contract at Feyenoord until 2023.
