Santi Cazorla has revealed that he is pleased with the way he has adapted to life at Arsenal.
The Spanish international has become a key member of the Arsenal starting lineup since he signed on at the Emirates Stadium from Malaga during the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old feels that the reason behind his early success is the fact that he has been told to function in a playmaker's role by manager Arsene Wenger.
"I have adapted very well to Arsenal's style and the responsibility that they have given me since the first day," he told ESPN. "It is what I have always liked and to play in the position of [playmaker] is where I have always wanted to play.
"I feel really good with the team, because I have great teammates at my side who have helped me a lot."
Cazorla found the net during Arsenal's 3-1 win over West Ham United on Saturday evening.
