Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta has praised the ability of fellow Spaniard Santi Cazorla.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to the Gunners this week after falling out with current club Malaga over unpaid wages.
Arteta said that he does not know if Cazorla will be joining him at the Emirates Stadium, but said that he is a great player.
"I cannot talk about the actual situation but I can say that I know him as a player really well," said Arteta. "And he's a top, top player.
"He has got unbelievable quality and talent and that is all I can say."
Cazorla joined Malaga from Villarreal last summer.
