Yossi Benayoun has said that he is not frustrated by his lack of opportunities at the Emirates this season as the team has been so successful.
Benayoun grabbed his second goal since arriving at the club in the summer in their 3-1 defeat to Olympiacos on Tuesday night, but has struggled to break into the first team on a regular basis.
Even so, the Israel international insists that it is not easy to change a successful lineup.
"The team is playing well," he told the club's official website. "They say you don't change a winning team and we are on a good run so it is very difficult to get into the team.
"The only thing I can do is to wait for any chance I get – it doesn't matter if it is 15 minutes or I get to start. I have to prove myself any chance I get and I am sure I can do it.
"You come here and you know there is a lot of quality so you want to prove yourself. Hopefully the team will keep doing well and maybe I will be more involved."
Benayoun, 31, has yet to start a single Premier League game for the London club this season.
