South Korea manager Choi Kang-Hee has said that former Middlesbrough forward Lee Dong-Gook and Arsenal's Park Chu-Young can form a formidable strike force.
Choi, whose side beat Kuwait 2-0 to secure their place in the final round of qualifying for the 2014 World Cup last night, said after the game that he is eager for the pair to continue building on their partnership on the national stage.
"The game didn't go as well as we expected but we fought well and achieved our goal," he told OSEN.
"Kuwait showed great mental strength in the beginning stages of the match but it couldn't last and we got chances in the second half.
"Lee Dong-Gook and Park Chu-Young both can play as a second striker, so I asked them to change positions frequently. Both of the players are talented so if they can get used to each other, they can form a strong partnership."
Meanwhile, Park has made just one appearance since arriving at Arsenal in the summer.
