Francis Coquelin has committed his future to Arsenal by signing a new long-term contract with the club.
The 20-year-old has made 12 appearances for the Gunners this season in variety of positions, including full-back and the more natural centre-midfield.
He is currently on the sidelines having suffered a hamstring injury over the festive period.
Coquelin made his Arsenal debut aged 17 during a Carling Cup tie against Sheffield United.
