Arsenal honorary vice-president Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith has criticised majority shareholder Stan Kroenke for the way he is running the club.
Bracewell-Smith sold the American her shares in the club last year, a stake which came to nearly 16%, making her the fourth-largest shareholder at the time.
The former director took to Twitter to share her disappointment with Kroenke's passive attitude towards taking the club forward.
She tweeted: "Football is a business of passion. SK has no passion for AFC.
"[He] shows he cares very little. Why he wanted to be part of AFC I do not know.
"Disappointed would be an understatement."
The Gunners have come under fire from all quarters following a shock League Cup exit to Bradford City, which prompted chief executive Ivan Gazidis to apologise to supporters on Wednesday.
