England manager Fabio Capello has angered Arsenal by questioning the club's medical team, according to The Mirror.
Capello queried the treatment given to Gunners midfield star Jack Wilshere after the 19-year-old was ruled out of action for three months with an ankle injury.
The Italian felt Wilshere should have been given immediate treatment by his club after it became apparent that he had a problem, but Wilshere instead went on holiday.
"Capello is talking without any knowledge of what went on between the club and Jack in the summer," said an Arsenal source.
“Bone bruising needs rest and that’s what we gave him. It quickly became apparent that a month was not enough. It’s as simple as that.”
Wilshere aggravated the injury during England's Euro 2012 qualifying match draw with Switzerland in June.
Capello has also recently come under fire for his comments regarding Liverpool striker Andy Carroll.
