Watford manager Walter Mazzarri has hinted that the club's three new signings could be involved in some capacity for this weekend's Premier League clash with Arsenal.
The Hornets secured the signatures of Younes Kaboul and Roberto Pereyra in quick succession last week, the latter for a club-record fee, while Daryl Janmaat also joined from Newcastle United on Wednesday.
All three are available for Saturday's match at Vicarage Road, but Mazzarri suggested that at least one of them will have to settle for a place on the bench.
"[Janmaat] is a very important player. He needs to understand what we want from this position. I need to evaluate [the new signings]. They have just arrived and I need to be sure they know what they need to do," he told reporters.
"They will be there; I'm not sure if they will start or play later. I want to start from the good things we did against Chelsea. It's nearly impossible all three will start. I need to take into consideration the XI who played against Chelsea."
Watford are still winless under Mazzarri having lost two and drawn one of their three games in all competitions so far this season.
