Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi has admitted that he is looking to improve before the start of next season.
The 20-year-old Japanese international scored for the Gunners during Monday's 3-1 win over Nagoya Grampus on their pre-season tour of Asia.
"I did say that my fitness level is not 100% yet but fortunately we are still in pre-season," Miyaichi told the club's official website.
"I know that I need to condition myself to the full and to play for Arsenal I know that I need to brush up my skills.
"For all the practice that a professional player is required to have, I think I need to brush myself up."
Arsenal return to action on Thursday against Urawa Red Diamonds.
