Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has stood by his decision to join Arsenal instead of Manchester City.
The England Under-21 star was in the Arsenal side that the Citizens eliminated from Carling Cup competition earlier this week. However, he still believes that he made the right decision to join Arsene Wenger's side from Southampton this summer, despite Mancini's men's success.
"Is it best for me to be here?" he said. "I think so. I wouldn't have changed anything for the world.
"Since I've been here, the young boys get a lot of chances in the cups and it is a great place to be. You are always learning. The next step is to push on into the squad.
"I trust the boss to progress me in the best way, he is a top man, very intelligent."
The Gunners are currently in seventh place in the Premier League, 12 points adrift of Manchester City.
