Arsenal and Germany midfielder Mesut Ozil has given his backing to teammates Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud ahead of their World Cup playoff.
The pair are in the French squad that will take on Ukraine this evening in the first leg of their playoff as they bid to qualify for next year's tournament in Brazil.
Ozil wrote on Twitter: "Crossing my finger for Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny. Want to see you in brazil."
The midfielder also gave his support to his former Real Madrid teammates, saying: "Cristiano, Coentrao, Pepe - you belong to the World Cup like Germany, spain or England. Good luck."
Ozil is currently with the Germany team, who will face England in a friendly on Tuesday.
