Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp has said that he nearly celebrated Queens Park Rangers midfielder Samba Diakite's goal on Saturday.
Diakite, who arrived at Loftus Road from Ligue 1 this winter, scored the winning goal against rivals Arsenal to hand Tottenham a chance to go level on points with the Gunners this afternoon.
"I was tempted to celebrate QPR's winning goal!" he told The Sun.
"That was a big result for them and a setback for Arsenal. You'd have fancied them to win at Loftus Road but it wasn't to be.
"Chelsea won so it's going to be close between the three of us."
Redknapp takes his side to the Liberty Stadium later today.
