Tomas Rosicky has credited Arsenal's resilience following their 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
The midfielder scored inside the opening two minutes at White Hart Lane on Sunday to give the Gunners a boost in their bid for the title.
Rosicky believes that the team's ability to hold onto their early lead represents a new doggedness to their play.
"When we were 1-0 up in the past, sometimes these games slipped through our fingers," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "Maybe in the past we would not have won a game like that."
Sunday's victory has seen Arsenal move with within four points of leaders Chelsea with a game in hand.
